基督教靈實協會

 基督教靈實協會自 1953 年由司務道教士創辦以來，一直以「服侍最有需要的人」為使命。靈實即「屬靈的果子」，象徵以愛為根、以生命影響生命的信念。七十多年來，靈實已蛻變為擁有超過 50 個服務單位的機構，透過四大服務範疇——長者服務、復康服務、醫療護理服務及教育服務——為社區中不同年齡及需要的人群帶來希望與關懷。

秉持「尊重生命‧改變生命」的精神，我們全心致力於提升服務使用者的身、心、社、靈之全人福祉，以愛與關懷陪伴每一個生命的成長與蛻變。

靈實司務道寧養院，一直愛心服侍，為體弱長者、長期病患者及癌症晚期人士提供跨專業的全人照顧。寧養院融合醫療、護理、復康及靈性關懷，以先進的設備、優美寧靜的環境，以及專業團隊悉心照護，陪伴病人及其家人一同跨越生命中的每一個挑戰。寧養院堅守「以愛擁抱生命旅程」的使命，讓每一位受服務者都能感受到被尊重、被關愛、被看見的力量。

目前寧養院正積極展開服務擴建計劃，又重新定義了紓緩治療，供一站優勢連貫服務，，四階段項目之首階段已於 2025 年 6 月順利完成，為未來提供更優質、更多元化的服務奠下重要里程碑

Haven of Hope Christian Service 

Founded in 1953, by Sister Annie Skau, to provide timely medical care to the poor and needy, HOHCS’ Chinese name refers to “the spiritual fruits”. Over the past 70+ years, the organisation has developed into an organisation with over 50 service units to serve the needs of the community through our four service pillars: Elderly Services, Rehabilitation Services, Health Care Services and Education Services.

Guided by the spirit “Respecting Life‧Impacting Life”, we are committed to enhance the physical, mental, social and spiritual well-being of service users with love and care.

Sister Annie Skau Holistic Care Centre (SASHCC), is integral to the HOHCS, has embodies the spirit of its founder, Sister Annie Skau. The Centre provides holistic care integrating medical, nursing, rehabilitation and spiritual care services to the frail elders, individuals with chronic illnesses, and those in the advanced stages of cancer. Their transdisciplinary team, state-of-the-art facilities, and serene environment are dedicated to working hand in hand with our patients and their loved ones to "Embrace Life Journey with Love".

清水灣鄉村俱樂部 

清水灣鄉村俱樂部（稱之為「家外之家」）不僅是一個家庭俱樂部，也是體育俱樂部。多年來，俱樂部致力於在會內及社區中推廣運動及體育精神，期望為下一代締造和諧、更美好的社會。

在過去二十年中，「社區外展及慈善計劃」（COP）從最初的簡單理念，逐步發展成為一個全面且可擴展的專案。該計劃奠定了俱樂部對社區帶來正面影響及推廣運動的承諾。

COP 圍繞四大核心支柱：家庭、健康、鄰里及環境。多年來，計劃加入了各種項目，著重於推廣體育、青年賦權、長者福祉、緊急援助及環境保育。在會員的支持下，這些投入已成為俱樂部 ESG（環境、社會及管治）倡議的重要一環。

在 2024 年 6 月，清水灣鄉村俱樂部慈善基金（自 2024 年 6 月起獲 S88 資格）正式成立，以見證俱樂部持續回饋社會的承諾，並藉此拓展及多元化服務範疇與項目。

The Clearwater Bay Golf & Country Club

The Clearwater Bay Golf & Country Club, which we call “A Home Away from Home,” is not only a family Club but also a sports club. It has tasked itself with promoting sports and sportsmanship within the Club and in the community, with an aspiration to create a harmonious and better society for future generations.

Over the past two decades, the “Community Outreach and Charity Programme” (“COP”) has evolved from a simple idea into a comprehensive and scalable project. It underpins the Club’s commitment to creating a positive impact on the community and promoting sports.

The COP is built around four pillars: Family, Wellness, Neighbourhood and Environment. Over the years, various schemes have been introduced, with

focuses on promoting sports, youth empowerment, elderly well-being, emergency relief, and environmental preservation. With members’ support, these dedications become integral to the Club’s ESG initiative.

In June 2024, The Clearwater Bay Golf & Country Club Charitable Foundation (S88 since June 2024) was established to testify to the Club’s commitment to giving back to the community through ongoing expansion and diversification of the service scope and offering.
